Built in 2022 in a modern architectural style, Villa Leona offers 240 m² of living space on a total plot of 400 m². Just 10 meters from the crystal-clear sea, it’s perfect for a refreshing swim. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms with double beds (160×200), and 2 bathrooms with showers – one standard and one en suite with a sea view. On the panoramic rooftop, enjoy a private terrace with seating and a jacuzzi, ideal for sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the sea.

The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace, and sideboard. Nearby is a dining area with a table for 8 and a modern, fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals.
