Complaints

Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller, a complaint can be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce Court or the Chamber of Crafts Court of Honor or a proposal for mediation at the mediation centers. The procedure before the courts of honor is conducted in accordance with the rules of the Chamber of Commerce Court and the Chamber of Crafts Court of Honor, which prescribe that the members of these courts, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, also include representatives of consumers. Mediation is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Mediation Law and the Mediation Center Rules. The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, with the consent of the minister responsible for consumer protection, will issue decisions on the costs of proceedings before the Croatian Chamber of Commerce Court of Honor and the Croatian Chamber of Crafts Court of Honor.
